Efficiency and friendliness of staff. The absence of a communal language was bridged by effective use of a translator device. The flexibility of check in / check out times. I arrived 5 am at the airport. A free shuttle arrived within 15 min. I used the room till 11 am. Nice and warm, good value for money

The bed was rather hard. I didn’t mind it. The room is a bit dated but in good condition

It was dirty and smelt of cigarettes. There was a staff man smoking at reception and woke up with people walking down the hallways smoking and the smell came into the room Bathroom had a cockroach issue Beds very hard

Fake location: The address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. The hotel is NOT next to the airport, but rather a 15 minute drive by car. They lie in order to attract customers who believe this is very close to the airport, but it is not.

Near the CAN airport, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary drop-off and pick-up services from the airport.

The building is fine, but the room is quite old.

Excellent hotel for longer layovers. Decent room and very helpful staff. They transferred us hassle-free from and to airport and also once to the nearest metro station. Recommended hotel.

Staff and Shuttle Service were amazing. Girls on front desk tried to solve every problem of customer. They provide shuttle too and fro to every customer. They given me a wechat to contact which was amazing.

Location. Although it is very near to airport but it is located on road where you can not find any store or eatery near hotel. All the way I travelled 25km for muslim food. Very noisy in the night as runway is very near.
