Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Quiet location just off main street. Comfortable bed. Great location near metro and restaurants.

We arrived at 5pm but our room was not ready. We were told it would be another two hours. After a long day travelling I was not impressed. We asked for a partial refund. Instead we were offered a room without a window that was ready. We decided to wait for the room we had booked. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was poor.

Staff were great, breakfast was great, location was convenient

Room wasn't spotlessly clean, shower head hadn't been cleaned in a while so wasn't working properly. Street appeal doesn't look great, but hotel is great once inside
