Great location and the Canton Fair, with the free shuttle bus being a big plus.( 40mins travel) The hotel is close to Beijing Road shops, restaurants, and the metro, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay.

The rooms are a bit small, but still comfortable for a short stay. Cleanliness could be improved slightly, especially in some areas of the room.

Great location! Friendly staff, especially Qiu who was super patient and helpful with my questions.

Cafeteria staff are a bit loud when they talk amongst themselves at breakfast.

Personnel très à l’écoute, bienveillant et professionnel. L’établissement est idéalement situé. À noter également, la présence de bouteilles d’eau et de café à volonté dans le hall, un service très agréable pour les clients. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Seul petit bémol : l’absence de rangement pour les vêtements, ni armoire ni commode, ce qui est vraiment dommage, car les valises restent au sol et prennent finalement plus de place. juste quelques cintres accroché au murs.

Only close to the subway station . I don't like any other thing

I don't like anything . This hotel not graduated 4 star by anyway . It not exceed 2 stars . - the room is very very small not equal the area which in booking.com when I booked . - There is no wardrobe; clothes are hung on hangers on the wall. - There is no refrigerator in the room. Hotel not 4 stars by anyway . - The breakfast is very bad and does not live up to 4-star standards. - no anyone in the staff speak English so , it's very hard to communicate with the staff . VERY IMPORTANT * Please publish my comment so that no one is misled by the deceptive comments posted on booking.com page . This hotel not more than 2 stars George Daoud Egypt
