Fantastic location for the old town and easy to find from the train station. Excellent communication prior to arrival and an easy check in process

Ótima acomodação. Check-in rápido e fácil. Com elevador! Recomendo.

Good room with a nice view from the window. Staff were very helpful when we couldn't get the self-checkin to work as planned.

The room was a bit odd with a hard synthetic type of floor covering and shower in the room rather than a seperate bathroom.

The room was very nice and clean. The location was exceptional. We found our way easily to downtown and the Chapel bridge. We were close to great restaurants and attractions we really loved the place

自助入住這次沒有提早拿到入住密碼，這次和兩位墨西哥旅客被關在外面（我們等了至少半小時），從早上就試圖由booking的訊息聯繫但完全沒有回覆，我們是從其他評論得知寄放行李是去巷子另一端的餐廳員工協助，才找到人幫忙開門，飯店回覆說沒有其他人負責後台管理，要注意有沒有提早拿到入住資訊

Perfekte Lage, sauberes Zimmer und ein hervorragender Kundenservice. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Self check in can be really complicated but this was super easy and the location was perfect!
