The balcony provides a spectacular view of the mountain, and the breakfast prepared by the lady is simply divine. The Eiger butter, homemade jam, and sesame bread are simply delicious. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

The hotel’s hospitality and customer service have been subpar. The pricing is excessively high. The entrance is poorly lit and disorienting, leading us to inadvertently enter the reception area. Unfortunately, we were denied entry to the restaurant on Mondays and Tuesdays by a young male who exhibited a rude demeanor. We were unable to obtain assistance with a simple request for hot water, and even making hot tea proved to be an arduous task. The bed is uncomfortable, featuring a noticeably sagging mattress in the center. Furthermore, the balcony is not adequately maintained, preventing us from fully enjoying its amenities.

breakfast was good, unfortunately the dining room had a ton of flies. View was perfect. They should ban smoking on their patio
