Absolutely loved my stay, the staff was great, room was very clean and tidy, great breakfast, loved it

Loved the location, it was perfect. Peaceful with spectacular views of the mountains. Just wish we had managed to capture a video of the alpine cows heading up to the mountains both mornings but just missed catching them before they rounded the corner out if sight both mornings during our stay 😌 The free bus card was a welcome bonus enabling us to visit Grindlewald as often as we wanted. The walk down was also very scenic and easy.

Gluten free bread if available next time as we would love to visit again 😀

We really loved the balcony view and comfortable room, and appreciated the lovely breakfast.

One small note is the music in the morning for breakfast was a little fast paced and repetitive and didnt fit the mood of the place. Also, I would have appreciated some non-dairy milk options as I have an allergy (common in the US unfortunately).

The staff were very friendly! The location has beautiful scenery, just a bit inconvenient for transportation.

I didn’t like that there was no lift and you had to haul your luggage up at least a flight of stairs to get to your room. The location is quite a ways away from the central area of town and unfortunately the buses stop early in the evening around 6:30pm so if you want to stay out later, you have to get a taxi which is around $40 USD for a less than 10 minute ride.
