Queríamos playa y quedamos muy bien ubicados, el desayuno estuvo muy bien.

a uns 10 hotéis lotados, então voltei para pegar minhas malas, pedi para pagar apenas a noite que usei, já que eu estava saindo do local por falta de estrutura e acredite, a dona do hotel me surpreendeu com a chegada da Polícia Colombiana! Fuja dessa armadilha! Há hotéis de verdade na ilha de San Andrés, existem ótimas opções. Mesmo tendo me oferecido um hotel como Boutique que não tem chuveiro quente, não tem lençol para se cobrir, o café da manhã é precário, servido numa mesa de plástico suja na rodovia fora do hotel em outro endereço, numa banquinha de cidade pequena, passando ainda pelo constrangimento de chamarem a polícia para mim!

Es un alojamiento privado y tranquilo, entrada independiente por lo que no dependes de recepciones que a veces son incómodas. Cerca a Sound Bay playa con ambiente más natural y bonita

El aseo puede mejorar sin embargo es entendible que al ser una playa el ahorro de agua es importante, la frecuencia de aseo a las habitaciones es día de por medio. Brindan sábanas y toallas limpias. Algo que no es muy notorio frente a la relación calidad y precio y la atención del personal

El sitio donde tomamos el desayuno, no fue el mas afortunado, el desayuno que llevaron no fue optimo aunque se cumplio la hora de entrega

La atención de las personas de la cafeteria, mejor aseo de las instalaciones del sitio.

I stayed in a private room as a solo traveler (19 Feb to 25 Feb 2026). Positives: the room was clean, AC worked well, there was a fridge, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was delivered to the room and tasted fine.

Negatives: at check-in the owner requested an additional card payment surcharge (7% verbally, later stated as 6% by text). This fee was not disclosed on the Booking.com listing, and the discussion became uncomfortable and hostile. The property did not feel like a finished hotel: the building was a construction site (significant daytime construction noise from an additional floor being built), the “pool” was not usable, and there is no real common area (only plastic tables in the sun). Most other guests left within days. The room setup also did not match the photos: the ocean view from the rooms is blocked (a hedge was placed in front), and the room door functions like a window facing a walkway where other guests and workers pass. There are no side curtains, so you either have privacy with no light, or no privacy. Location-wise, it felt isolated (no beach, bars, or restaurants nearby) and uncomfortable at night. The entrance lock was also unreliable and took several minutes to open on multiple occasions. Finally, on the last morning while packing I noticed cash missing from inside my suitcase in the locked room. I asked the owner by message for basic help to clarify access and check any available security footage, but the response was confrontational and not helpful. Because of the overall condition of the property and the way issues were handled, I would not stay here again.

La atención de Arantxa fue muy buena, las instalaciones agradables y limpias.

El desayuno no fue lo mejor, debes ir a otro sitio para tomar el desayuno. Los alrededores en la noche son poco iluminados y generan un poco de miedo en la noche.
