La atencion de todo el personal, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con nuestras inquietudes. La limpieza, que si bien era día por medio dejaban siempre impecable el cuarto. La ubicación, en una zona estratégica que queda cerca de 2 de las playas principales de la isla, muy lindas y tranquilas, en un barrio donde se ve la cultura isleña. En la zona hay lugares para comer y supermercados, y se puede ir al centro en autobús sin inconvenientes. El desayuno, se podía optar por ir a una cafetería o pedir al cuarto, siempre respetando el horario que solicitamos.

Lo único a mejorar es que el hotel no cuenta con agua caliente, aunque esto es algo normal en la mayor parte de la isla
