Location with access to lake Thun Balcony with view to lake Restaurant was great. Good food and lovely service Bus service right outside hotel was a bonus Clean

No air-conditioning, just a small fan that rattled loudly.

The location is very good,rooms are comfortable,Staff is very nice

There are many stairs and no elevator for elderly people it may be not easy There are not many vegetarian/vegan options in breakfast As many Indians visit Switzerland there should be bidet in washrooms

"Fabulous location and view"

Superb location on the lake with great views. Large and comfortable room with nice powerful shower. Breakfast and dinner delicious, on both nights of our stay.

Die Lage am See ist natürlich sehr schön

Am Sonntag sehr viel Betrieb ums Hotel. Man liebt es, oder eben nicht. Nur eine Durchgangslobby für alle Gäste, nicht nur für Hotelgäste.
