"Weak Wifi is only downside. Rest everything is good"

Staff was very nice & helpful. Location was perfect. Room was clean & well maintained.bus stop exactly in front of the property.

Breakfast could add a bit more vegan options. Easy stuff like soy or oat milk. Wifi was very weak.

"Excellent Base Location"

It has a convenient location and amazing view of the lake. Even though it is mentioned before, we did not have any issue with mosquitos. There is good breakfast and plenty of parking space, also charger for ev cars.

Additional cost for baby bed does not make sense

The lake views were stunning. Food was good and beds comfy.

We asked for two single beds but got a queen. The buses to/from town from accommodation were infrequent and stopped running reasonably early.

Quando contratamos o hotel, apareceram imagens do prédio enxaimel de frente pro lago, mas nos acomodaram num prédio anexo, Contrução simples, com um corredor externo para os quartos que parecia um hostel. Não condizia com as fotos do site. Me senti bem enganada pelo Booking.com. Leiam tudo para saber se ficarão no prédio maior ou no anexo. O hotel fica a 15/ 20 min do centro de Interlaken. Se for de trem, tem que pegar um ônibus. A boa notícia é que o hotel oferece um cartão que você não precisa pagar o ônibus. O lago de frente pro hotel principal é lindo.

Da fala de honestidade das imagens do Booking.com e do real prédio onde fomos acomodados.
