"Hotel in right place for our overnight stay"

The hotel is in a very small town with no other dining facilities than the hotel restaurant. Fortunately it was a good place for dinner. Our room was on the second floor (no elevator) of a very old building. It was fine for a one night stay. The town had many very old buildings which were interesting to see. Free parking.

The shared bathroom was shared by three rooms. We had people who took long times in the facility. It was not very convenient when we visited. Parking was a bit away from the hotel in a lot across from the train station. Fairly expensive for the quality of the accommodations with the shared bathroom.

"A lovely traditional hotel, great staff and the food was of a high standard."

Ideal location for a visit to the Furka pass. The owners made us very welcome and the food was excellent.

The village is small with only a few facilities within walking distance.

very nice Swiss house in a traditional Swiss village, very comfortable bed, very clean. it also has a good restaurant: try the « chouera » (potato pie) and he rhubarb cream. And visit the small museum dedicated to Mr. Ritz, the founder of the eponymous hotels. he was born in Niederwald.
