"Really recommended. Take the private boat to get there."

The quiet beach was beautiful and relaxing. The stuff was kind and helpful. The food was good.

The communication before arrival wasn’t good at all.I tried to reach them in every platform there is- WhatsApp, instagram, booking and they didn’t answer or respond not related answers after hours. I just wanted to understand how we can get to the hotel. Because they didn’t answer, we took a public boat that was horrible. Just when we arrived we understood we could get their private boat.

"Lovely stay!"

We had a lovely stay in Islabela. The journey itself took about 1.5 hours from Cartagena so it is a bit further away than some of the other islands, but we thought it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing. The private beach and beds are great for chilling during the day away from the day trips. Our room (Andry) was lovely and rustic, as you would expect from a beach property. The staff were lovely and the manager William was very welcoming. We did snorkelling which was very fun and walked around the island a bit. Great stay overall.

The food and cocktail options could be expanded slightly to include more. The service at times was a bit slow and our order for drinks was forgotten a couple of times (I think once during someone's change of shift). Really didn't take away from our experience however and we would recommend overall.

La playa privada es muy linda y cómoda, la comida del restaurante del hotel muy buena. Organización de ida y vuelta en lancha muy bien.

El desayuno podría ser mejor, desorganizado el check out.

"Un lugar de película"

El personal súper amable y muy pendiente todo el rato por si necesitábamos algo. El entorno es inmejorable, con un paisaje y vistas estupendas. La cama muy cómoda. La comida está muy buena.

Por decir algo, se necesitan zapatillas de agua para entrar en la playa porque tiene mucho coral partido o piedras que impiden andar descalzo. Quizá sería útil una ducha de agua dulce al lado de la playa para poder quitarte la arena de los pies y no llegar a la habitación y llenarlo todo de arena.
