Location.. Good restaurants around the area, within walking distance of 1 mile..

Screen on windows, so mosquitos will not get inside.

The room was clean. Good central location, staff nice.

I’ll speak about my room ONLY. The (no isolation) windows faced the street so it was extremely noisy especially in the early morning. The door to my room had a huge gap at the bottom and on top so it was super noisy from the inside as well as you could hear literally everything that was going on in the reception. Bring ear plugs! The WiFi (in my room) was super weak and kept disconnecting all the time which was super annoying. Third, I was gonna let it slide the first time but when I happened the second time I decided to address it. I told the guy at the reception specifically and in Spanish, that I DONT want my room cleaned or towels changed. They did understand me. However when I came back in the afternoon the room was cleaned. The same happened the next day, even though I asked them AGAIN NOT to clean my room. I don’t think this is ok.

Staff answered our questions and helped when needed for routin things. Hot water in the shower. The photos were much better than the room itself. Window opening outside.

Eggs everyday, no fruit for breakfast. Location, the street is like in the old town but it is unpleasant. Little noisy. Only one light, no bedside lights or buttons tonturn on/off.
