The hot water !!!

Everything, starting from the lack of professionalism, the bad organization, the parking TO SMALL, breakfast was bad, they did horrible service, overall I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEl !!!!

"Good place near everything in Armenia"

Problems with the hot water for 3 days and water leaks in the bathroom (I hope that are already fixed)

location and space in the room it was very quite silent

Comfortable beds and clean, spacious rooms. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Free cold water.

The bed had a plastic accident sheet on it, very uncomfortable. Had to pay in cash, no mention of that anywhere beforehand.
