Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great safe location in Escazu/Rohrmoser.

On two different occasions the credit card machine didn't work, it resolved finally once.

It was comfortable, peaceful and we enjoyed as a family. It is also close to everything. Well located

I enjoyed how simple yet nice hotel it is, it has everything you need near san jose and it was good value for money.

the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but the rest of the room was well equipped

Bed.. It was king size. only thing we liked

everything breakfast was absolutely basic. First day we had better breakfast. it wasnt worth. I would not recommend having breakfast here Smile or hospitality. Internet was terrible bugs all around corner dark rooms leakage in bathroom

Nice stuff, clean room and the bathroom

The room had big windows to the hotel lobby, luckily there was thick curtains, but still I could hear the noises very loudly into my room. I only stayed one night so nothing much to say, but little bit far from the city center.

The staff were very helpful and friendly

The breakfast could have had more fruit. The romm was very dark and quite noisy. The pool only had 2 sunloungers so was only available to one party of guests at a time. Was quite expensive for what it was
