El baño es muy espacioso y la ducha es cómoda, y que las piezas tenía muy buena aislacion de luz ya que eso ayuda a dormir mejor

No me gustó el tema de tener que pagar por el frigobar y los precios eran muy elevados

la atención de la recepcionista al querer cobrarnos un cargo extra que no estaba especificado y su actitud insolente hacía nosotros intentando de todas maneras poder hacer este cobro que no se justificaba por un error anterior a la recepcionista del turno de la noche. provocando incomodidad y una muy mala experiencia en nuestra residencia en el hotel.

"The hotel walls are very thin so you can hear the staff delivering breakfast early in the morning what makes very diffic"

I asked for a late check out and I received a message saying it would have a cost but didn’t mention how much. At the checkout they charged me 10.000 pesos by hour what I believe is totally unfair according to what a I paid for the whole staying.
