Very nice hotel. My room was clean/very big, and the amenties were great. I liked having a fridge in the room, and the bed was so comfy. All the staff were sweet. There is no lobby/communal area at this hotel, so they deliver breakfast to the room each morning which feels luxurious. It's only a few minutes from Cerro Santa Lucia/Lastarria, the location is ideal for sightseeing.

I would have liked better lighting for reading in bed, and I think having a chair/desk of matching proportions would be helpful for travellers who need to work in the room, especially as there is no lobby/cafe on the premises.

The location is great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is delivered in the room and was good.

Sie haben von mir eine Kaution verlangt,von 50 US, falls ich etwas zerstören sollte. Das hat die Stimmung versaut. Das gab mir ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl, was sie mir am Ende anhängen wollen. Das war sehr schlecht.

La possibilité de laisser les bagages en garde pour un ou deux jours.

Petit déjeuner obligatoirement apporté dans la chambre et très médiocre. Chambres très sombres.
