Bella Vista Corcovado

it is a family run business where everyone will make the best in its will to have you have the best time there. we can arrive with the boat directly to the beach in front of the hotel, and they will help you take your luggage up. the few from the sea view room and the restaurant is amazing. and from the sunset desk ! we hear only birds and wawes, déconnection is total. and the walk around are nice as well. hot nice shared showers and bathroom.

Most amazing view and surroundings. Super sweet people! We saw a toucan, many colibries and parrots. I never ever saw so many stars in my life. And you wake up from the sounds of the nature. Ask for the banana chippies. They were my favorite!

Not a complain but just good to know: Cold shower but after a walk up on the hill after the beach I didn't mind anymore. The cabins look good but basic. Everything you need is threre and it was very clean :)

The location is picturesque with the family that runs it very nice and accommodating. It is difficult to get to this area of Drake’s Bay (Ricon) by car unless you have a SUV or 4x4 with rivers to cross and bumpy roads along the way! It is easier to take a River boat ferry out of Sierpe. I read that this should cost $20 and to pay at the restaurant Donde Jorge with parking $6. This has changed as you pay as you board the River boat ferry which is easy to find on google/Waze apps. We got charged $30/person to get there. Wear water shoes and pack light as you will get dropped off and need to walk in water and assist the owner in getting your luggage/belongings up a steep hill. It was warm with humidity which only requiring light, airy clothing. We never wore pants or a coat the whole time we have been in Costa Rica. Many places do not have hot showers which you get accustomed to and feels refreshing twice daily for us! The owner made arrangements when we were leaving to get picked up. I would go over the cost when the owner is there with the River/boat ferry personnel as we got charged $40/person for the departure. Plan on having to wait on the boat to get bs k to Sierpe as it meets up with other boats and destinations to pick up more passengers. All the other passengers were charged $20/person which was the only scam I encountered, otherwise Costa Rica has been Pura Vilda! 😀

Pillows and mattress could be a little better but not bad for the price!

Great location for those who wanna relax far from the tourist masses. Beautiful beaches nearby. Small family restaurant with delicious local food. Friendly staff! Rooms are rather simple, yet clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Fantastic friendly hosts who really look after you. Beautiful location.
