The Wifi internet is terrible - they must do something with that

Huge site, great facilities, beautiful views from all over the hotel grounds

Rooms feel a little bit dated and very dark. Rooms don’t have AC (though we didn’t get end up needing it).

The pool and the restaurants, as well as breakfast and reception can only be reached by car. The keys are magnetic, very sensitive. Cannot be put with smart phone or other cards. We paid attention.but still one was not working. Then we had to take the car to reach the reception to have a new one. Not practical at all. Reception is only open up to 6pm, in such an expensive hotel one would expect more service At the checkin, it was mentioned theat loss of the keycard is 5 dollar. One would expect you don’t need to pay for this at such a room rate. There is no elevator in the building to bring the luggage upstairs. The rooms cannot be made dark as there is a window obove the door and the light in the corridor is on The rooms are not at all isolated, you hear your neighbours talk and cough. As the corridor is a stone floor with uneven pavement, this makes a lot of noise when people wheel the luggage. The bathroom window, giving to the corridor, cannot be closed. This is noisy and no privacy.

Location, friendly staff, excellent view

Hotel is nice but a bit outdated and needs renovation. The price does not match, we slept in both a Deluxe room and a Junior apartment, the price difference is big and does not match the difference between the rooms. In the Deluxe rooms you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms.

We ended up not staying at the hotel. Rooms are misrepresented and not as described, hotel is old and gloomy, front desk wouldn't accommodate or refund us

Fantastic views, room was fantastic. Good shuttle service to various parts of the hotel. Pool area was great and the bar had good cocktails and happy hour.

The WiFi signal was poor in our room however the staff didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it.

The view from our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and we were able to schedule hikes and zip lines same day. We saw some amazing birds on the guided day hike. The zip line view was beautiful.

The rooms were are not sound proofed, so we could hear everything out neighbors were doing. The dinner at the restaurant was not very good. The service was terrible and the food was bland. Breakfast was really good, but really chaotic with all of the tours.
