"Cloudforrest"

The view - all the way till Pacific. Wildlife on the resort

Value vs Money. Not worth it. The ridiculous steepness of the park. Not possible to walk to swimming pool without serious workout

Broken door took a night tonight get it fixed, and there was limited hot water in the room. The internet was also not stable.

Breakfast was good.

First room was terrible. I had to go back down to the reception area to complain about my room. I felt like I was in a cellar. The hallway getting to the room was like walking rough a dungeon. No view.

The room and the view were what I expected.

The staff that greeted me wanted to charge me an extra $25 to have my son sleep in the same room as me and my husband claiming the room was only for 2 people even though there were 2 queen beds in the room! It was around 10pm and we were tired and I only got him to not charge me because I told him I would write a review on this site letting everyone know about what he was doing. Horrible experience!!!

"Pleasant"

The breakfast is amazing with lots of options and the staff were very friendly. The views from some parts of the hotel are amazing. Lots of green outdoor areas.

When I arrived with my wife and two children we had to wait for long time to be to check in, on top of that when we arrive in the room we were not very happy with it and we had to asked for another. They give us a new room and that one was in better condition.

"Good hotel with a number of facilities, in a good location, a few tweaks would make it great"

Good location, spacious, clean

No chairs or coffee table in our room (no where to sit down), cleaning knocked on our door at around 7:30 (too early), the telephone rung five times with no one on the other side (twice during the night)

"Lovely property for families"

We had the studio room for our family of 5 and it was lovely with a balcony overlooking the grounds and the rainforest. We didn’t realise how vast and extensive the property was till we arrived there. It has a covered pool, tennis courts, a soccer court, gym, spa, guided tours and a zip lining course. We were there only for two days but had a great stay. The breakfast was a lavish spread with a fresh omelette/ pancake station. The town was less than a 5 minute drive away.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor except in the main lobby area. The bathroom needed updating.
