Pretty views, but not from all rooms

Lovely view from the balcony and the people who run the zip line and preserve at the top of the mountain (Tree Top - a separate company) were incredible! The pool was nice and warm in a beautiful setting. Other than that, I would not recommend.

The room had no A/C. I will take responsibility however for not noting that in reading the description - I assumed anything at this price range would have a/c. However, the door had no screen, so if you left it open to get any airflow, bugs came in. It was stiflingly hot in the room. There were almost no lights anywhere making it difficult to see anything at all at night. The bathroom vented to the hallway with a window and the building is all stone so everything echoes loudly, so anyone in the hallway could hear you using the bathroom. It felt very uncomfortable. Finally, the internet was useless. This was a significant problem for us as we needed to be able to respond to work emails. It logged us out and required a full log in with password every few minutes (no exaggeration), and even once logged in, consistently said: "logged in with no internet". There is almost no cell signal in town so we had to go to coffee shops to get on wireless to check work email, which was unacceptable in my opinion, for a hotel in this price range. Staff was incredibly impersonal and very underwhelming. Breakfast was $25 per person, which was pretty outrageous. The whole stay felt impersonal, generic, problematic and definitely a downer. Find somewhere else to stay.

The rooms are outdated, there were bugs on the bed , broken tiles , carpets are dirty.

Fabulous views. Zip line activity on site was great.

MIs-managed, they messed up our reservation 3 days in a row… We had booked through Booking.com and added one day to our holiday at the hotel. That messed up everything. Every day we had to re-book again and again. A real mess. Then we were told we should be out of the room when we had confirmed our stay. A real unpleasant mess. It took 4 days to clear it up….

The expansive grounds with amazing view from our room. It was so beautiful.

There was not alot of parking spots outside the bldg we were assigned to (bldg 9). There was no fan in the room so if youre staying in the room in the afternoon/near sunset when the sun is , facing the rooms, it gets pretty hot. And there isnt a fan. AC is really not needed at night. It gets cold because it is windy.
