"If all you need are great views it’s fine."

Views, pool, and bed comfort. Clean

Everything is too spread out and on a steep hillside. Doors are loud throughout and slam constantly due to drafts. Reception and price.

"It could have been a much better experience without the small annoying that didn’t work"

Good location

Few things could have made this hotel much better: 1. Lifting suitcases to second floor without a lift is problematic for older people, and waiting for the staff to come and help in this widely spread rooms takes to long. 2. Small but practical things: shower mounted racks for soap/shampoo as well as hooks for towels would make it great 3. Faulty Coffee makers and TV remote with dead batteries

La limpieza del hotel en general es excelente, además el personal es muy atento.

El internet se desconectaba de manera constante y el proceso para volver a conectarse es muy manual, además la piscina tenía muchísmo cloro

The hot water ran out after my son used the bathtub, but he did took too long so maybe thats our fault. Its actually a wonderful place to stay.

"אכזבה , איכות נמוכה ומחיר לא מוצדק"

אין מיזוג אוויר וקר בחדרים, אין חימום במקלחת , החדר רחוק מהחניה , לקח לנו שעה להגיע אל החדר לאחר הצק אין , אוטובוס תיירים חסם את הגישה לחניה , כשהגענו לחדר גילינו שהמפתח לא תקין ושוב צריך לחזור אל הלובי ולבקש מפתח חדש , ברז מים במקלחת ובכיור הרחצה לא תקין , אין בחדר קומקום להרתחת מים , הבופה בחדר האוכל היה דל מאוד , חדר האוכל היה ממש חשוך , גשום במיוחד ואין דרך להגיע מהחדר לחניה ומהחניה לחדר האוכל בלי ללכת בגשם

La propiedad donde esta el hotel

El desayuno tipo buffet se supone que es entre 6:30 am a 9:30 am, nosotros llegamos a las 8:45 am y ya casi no habia comida disponible eso me parecio mal ! Tambien consultamos sobre cargadores electricos para carros y nos dijeron Que Cuesta $30 por hora de carga aun asi siendo huespedes, al parecer la dama de recepcion no sabia que a los huespedes no se les cobra el uso del cargador para carros electricos
