The view was fabulous from our room on the second floor. It was windy because it's the cloud forest, but I loved watching the clouds roll by. We had very noisy neighbors but the front desk called them and things eventually got quiet. The highlight of the visit was the morning bird and animal tour. Tarantulas, hummingbirds, toucans, and more! There were 3 kinds of orchids that were so small, five flowers could fit on my thumbnail!

Location and view.

Room could be more comfortable. We had one conference chairs to sit on in the room.

Las habitaciones estaban un poco descuidadas, nuestra habitación no tenía silla o mueble para la mesa de trabajo. La puerta del baño no cerraba muy bien, la parte de abajo tenía mucha humedad.

We were located at Building 3 and it was very convenient for easy access to dinning for breakfast and reception area. However, located at one higher elevation building with same accommodations would have been with a nicer view of the mountains and ocean. Shuttle services were excellent and prompt.

A building near the breakfast and reception area just one level higher than Building 3 would have been with a nicer view of the mountains and ocean.
