Please note that for tax exemption foreign travelers must pay in US dollars and have to present the migration card they are given when they arrive to the country. Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili. If guest wants to use the hut tub a request must sent to the property prior arrival to be heated in time. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Muy recomendable el lugar para ir una noche, más de eso no lo recomiendo si te gusta la comodidad."

Ubicación y vistas. Es un lugar muy lindo con salida al lago. El desayuno está bien y los domos son bonitos con unos ventanales preciosos.

El servicio es un poco amateur en todo aspecto, que no limpien todos los días resta bastantes puntos. El domingo llamamos más de 5 horas a recepción y nadie contesto y necesitábamos solicitar algunas cosas básicas. (como un escoba y pala para limpiar ya que al no realizar la limpieza a diario se acumula mucha mugre). El aire acondicionado calienta muy poco, me imagino en pleno invierno se debe pasar frio.

"paradise stay"

the view is stunning, they offer parilla for guests to have a barbecue on the balcony and it was amazing!! the lodge is just a few steps from the lake, the staff is so welcoming and kind, breakfast was delicious! we wanted to stay there forever

"Sympathique mais prévoir de quoi se rassasier car seul le petit déjeuner et fourni et il les magasin"

Le petit déjeuner est servi tard dès 9h ce qui n est pas indiqué au départ pour partir en visite tôt le matin.

Manque de tiroir et etagere pour déposer nos affaires personnelles. Prévu pour 4 mais seulement 2 sièges pour s'assoir.

"Décor original dans un très beau cadre, quoique un peu bruyant."

Original et superbe vue sur le lac.

Un peu trop près de la route qui apporte pas mal de bruit.
