Elements Hotel & Shops Curaçao

My recent experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the overall lack of cleanliness and basic sanitation. From the moment we walked into the room, the carpet was visibly stained and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. It immediately created a very poor first impression and made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom countertops were also stained and did not appear to be properly sanitized. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a clean and welcoming environment for guests, the condition of the room—especially the bathroom—was very concerning. Because of the unsanitary conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying and decided to leave shortly after arriving. We ended up checking into the Courtyard by Marriott instead. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and in this case it clearly fell short. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their cleaning and maintenance practices so future guests can have a better experience.

Location was good & the room was aceptable

The corridors walls and carpets where filthy dirty and the elevator was bro Ken I had to carry my 4 suitcases downstairs plus my 91 year mother had to climb the stairs and come done when leaving
