La ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy amable.

La piscina del hotel estaba sucia. Entiendo que se comparte la piscina con el restaurante. Pero deberían limpiarlo y tomar los recuados necesarios. El dia que subi a la piscina habia copas rotas al borde de la piscina, un peligro.

Carpet in hallway is dirty and old, needs to be replaced. Hotel should not charge for adapter 220V to 110V. Matress in room need to be replaced. Hotel should offer free parking or include in rate for its guests.

This hotel is bad, really bad. Yes it has a good location and 2 great restaurants in the building but that is the only positives. This hotel is not clean, fact it is gross. I've included some photos to show how dated it is and the lack of any maintenance. The towels are similar to shop rags. Floors need grout and are dirty. Bathroom is stained, cheap soap products, toilet seat and fixtures were all in need of repair. Yes it is loud. Even 2 floors below the rooftop the music could be heard till midnight. And if you go to the rooftop don't expect much. During the day the pool is a joke, and at night don't expect to get any attention as a hotel guest. Service at rooftop is bad. I am writing this review to protect readers from this place. There are so many better choices than this on the island. We stayed at two other hotels on our trip and they were far superior and a better value. Shame on the owners of this hotel.

Dirty dated poor value

Extremely disappointed with our stay at Elements. We arrived this weekend and have been unable to sleep for two consecutive nights. The noise from the hotel's music venues is excessive and makes the guest rooms uninhabitable during the night. Traveling with children under these conditions is impossible. Management failed to inform us of the loud events prior to check-in. We are filing a formal complaint and requesting a total refund. The location is nice, but the complete disregard for guest rest is unacceptable. Room 203

I loved the location. We enjoyed the walkability. There are restaurants and shopping everywhere. We were able to walk everywhere. You cannot beat the location of this hotel. 10/10 The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was refreshed daily and that was a plus.

The room was dated and some of the upgrades and furniture didn't really make sense. The room was average but comfortable. We had a balcony but the glass was filthy and we didn't know how long it had been since it was cleaned. The patio lounger was broken and couldn't be raised to block the sun. There was a very lively rooftop bar at the top of the bed that didn't stop until midnight. We couldn't sleep. This was on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. We went to the bar and it was fun, but not so much if you're trying to sleep. I wish they would turn the music down after 10.

We eat breakfast one day at the restaurant down stairs at the entrance. The server did his upmost best to help every one that Sunday eastern morning. He was alone serving 2 table inside and outside and people walk away because he had his hand full. We had a nice breakfast thanks to him. One night we had a dinner also at this restaurant. The soup and meat was dillious she serve us with a pleasure thank you.

We found that the hotel was very noisy in the evening when you are trying to sleep. And than one morning to early to vacuum the hallway. Not that we didn't like it...we where surprise to receive some balloons in our room and with a letter about happy anniversary we where like🤔🤔we where aniversary??? But thank you.
