LC - Hotel Ostrava

A very convenient hotel. As it name suggest is a Low Cost one, but for sleeping, rest, bath or storing goods it was just what I needed. It may be `low cost` but it certainly was cleanner than many. more expensive hotels I have been

The staff was friendly and professional

On arrival the staff informed me that my room needed a downgrade because of my dog (that was included in my booking). I was therefore placed in an old section of the hotel. According to the hotel's staff, Booking.com does not communicate this to clients openly during the booking despite being fully aware of it. I'm short. The room I was placed in was not the one I paid for: - the hotel is badly signalled and it was difficult to find it - placed in a dark corridor without lights and with other residents that were living there (looked like a community centre). - my room was dirty - mattress was hard with a large hole in the centre that was soft, like if the bed supports were broken underneath - the fridge was dirty and rusty - both the shower and toilet sink were not able to drain water due to dirt in the pipe. And when water was filling up the sink black pieces of dirt were coming out of the drainage hole disgusting!!!! - stairs were fatiscent and dirty. -ALL NIGHT THE RESIDENTS OF THE SAME CORRIDOR KEPT SLAMMING DOORS AND SHOUTING IN THE CORRIDOR. DISGUSTING The hotel staff wanted to give me a breakfast upgrade (with I paid for and discovered at the property that I paid for a basic version rather than full breakfast. Crazy!!!

Na přespání na služební cestě dostačující. Snídaně velmi jednoduchá, ale najedl jsem se.

Velké vedro na pokoji. V noci dilema zavřít okna (26 °C v místnosti) nebo okna otevřít, potom světlo a hluk zvenčí.

Krásný pokoj, čisto.

Cena za snídani inzerovana na booking neodpovídá ceně v reálu.

Pobyt v hotelu LC - Hotel Ostrava byl skvělý. Čisté a pohodlné pokoje, milý a vstřícný personál, vše perfektní.
