LC - Hotel Ostrava

There's an elevator.

No signs at all. (From outside to get to the reception, or how to get to the restaurant) Rooms aren't isolated, meaning you can hear everything around. Breakfast was in another building from X hour, however, breakfast wasn't ready at that hour, and no signs to get there or personal to guide you there. I was charged for a double room, but there was just one bed. I hope hotel maintenance knows what's a WD-40, they need it a lot for all their doors in the facilities.

Nothing. Very complex procedure to reach reception. Then you have to follow weird lift transitions to reach to hotel rooms. This seems to be some hostel which is converted to hotel.

No support. Lady at reception doesn’t considers any request. It was cold at night and please be aware they disable the heating and cannot be turned on. When I requested for extra blanket , they said it’s not there. Even though I mentioned I will fall sick, they seems to not care about. Finally I have manage wearing all my clothing and jacket 🙂

Clean staff were friendly the location wasn't bad because the tram stop beside the hotel.

The wifi was very bad the signal and the speed, Wall isolation is bad you can hear your neighbour.

A wonderful guy at the reception, ready to help resolve any issues. Clean and comfortable room.

It is difficult to find the hotel, the sign is not visible unless you get very close. There is no hairdryer and bath towel in the room (there was only a small hand towel).
