Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good location near the Lužánky park and near the city center. Generally I felt quite safe.

The room was basic, plain, and not well maintained (or rather not maintained at all). Shower drain did not work, the entire bathroom got flooded. Mattress was uncomfortable, pillow quite thin. There was dust under the furniture and the bathroom was not entirely clean. The corridors were stinky and looked like from a horror movie.
