Pomocny personel to była jedyna pozytywna rzecz w tym hotelu

W pokoju nie było najgorzej ale w całym hotelu bardzo brudno

Розташування, привітний персонал. Смачний різноманітний сніданок на кшталт шведського столу, самообслуговування. На прохання дали ЗП для телефону. Location, friendly staff. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast (self-service). They provided a phone charger upon request.

1. Замість 3 рушників було лише одне! Після зауваження на двох дали ще одне; 2. ТБ не працює. На запитання персоналу намагалися налаштувати, проте через суперслабкий сигнал НІЧОГО дивитися не вдалося; 3. Найголовніше – чистота, точніше ЇЇ ВІДСУТНІСТЬ! Вікна брудні, підвіконня брудне, фіранка на вікні брудна і в плямах, усередині стельового світильника сотні мух і мошок... В коридорі по кутах і навколо світильників брили старої павутини 4. У ресепшні стоїть величезний акваріум. Судячи зі скла, його не чистили ЖОДНОГО РАЗУ! Скло зсередини вкрите брудно-зеленою масою так, що яскраво-червона риба виглядає як темно-корична плаваюча маса. Мало того, що дуже неприємна картина, та ще й рибок шкода! НЕОБХІДНО ПРОВІСТИ ГЕНЕРАЛЬНУ ПРИБИРАННЯ ПО ВСЕМУ ГОТЕЛЯ!!! 1. There was only one towel instead of three! After I pointed this out, they provided one more for the two of us; 2. The TV didn't work. When I asked the staff, they tried to tune it, but due to an extremely weak signal, it was impossible to watch anything; 3. Most importantly—cleanliness, or rather the *lack* thereof! The windows were dirty, the windowsill was dirty, the window curtain was dirty and stained, and there were hundreds of dead flies and gnats inside the ceiling light fixture... In the hallway, there were clumps of old cobwebs in the corners and around the light fixtures... 4. There is a huge aquarium at the reception desk. Judging by the glass, it hasn't been cleaned *even once*! The glass is coated on the inside with a murky green sludge, making a bright red fish look like a floating dark brown mass. Not only is it an unpleasant sight, but I also feel sorry for the fish! A DEEP CLEAN OF THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!

I liked most the location and the price. There is a nice Lao restaurant in the hotel if you like Asian food.

Breakfast was the same every morning. The WiFi did not work in my room and I had to go to the terrace or to the lobby. There was a running water fountain all night long so you should close the windows as it was noisy.

Super personál, klid, snídaně a naprostý relax.

It was close to a very nice restaurant and had on site parking Breakfast in the morning had a large selection

The hotel is very old and dated. It is in need of a spruce up for sure. The rooms are VERY basic but ok for one night if you are in a budget.
