We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel and spa. The room, setting and our view exceeded our expectations and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. And, I had the best massage of my life in the spa with Katerine. The excursions and guides from the Mastif were amazing. Highly recommend.

Staff was tremendous. Very helpful. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. Clean nice facilities. Spa looked amazing, you have to check out the pool, even if you don’t use it, it’s beautiful. Views were incredible on the clear day. Had trouble regulating the temp of the room so management offered a fan with ice to help me keep cool at night. They were so great. Amazing breakfast.

Room got quite warm at night first night, then opened window and got it all sorted.

The location and views are some of the best! Pool, spa, and facilities were gorgeous and my husband and I had a wonderful spa day after some intense hikes. The staff are all so kind and attentive. Super clean as well.

The breakfast was boring and for nearly $500, I would expect made to order options. The bathroom smelt of sewage. There was also no room service offered. At this price point, I'd expect a little more.

Das Hotel ist sehr wertig eingerichtet, der Blick aus den Superior Zimmern überwältigend. Das Personal ist sehr nett, super sauber.

Das Restaurant war extrem kalt und zugig, besonders während des Frühstücks. Tolles Hotel, bleibt aber auch echt teuer.
