Our Full Board plan offers a luxurious experience with all meals included in the hotel's main restaurant, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch and dinner accompanied by beverages such as juice, water, soft drinks and house wine. The sauna was really nice and staff service was great

The bathrooms weren't really clean and one room had poor drainage in the shower, causing it to flood slightly.

Never had a better view in a hotel in my life - Absolutely gorgeous. The amenities such as indoor pool and spa plus daily free offerings for guests (documentary, asado, etc) were such lovely additions to the experience. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Best breakfast. Hotel has multiple restaurants as well, which was helpful in such a remote location - a fantastic location at that.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bel emplacement proche du mirrador Rios Serrano. La chambre vue montagne est vraiment excellente (la réception nous a d’ailleurs permis d’avoir une chambre à un étage élevée, merci !) + le SPA et la formule tout inclus mérite le détour ! (Très bon petit déjeuner & dîner). Les excursions proposées sont très bien également (mais plus cher que d’autres organismes)

Verfickter Ausgang, sehr, sehr gut organisiertes Hotel, einfach spitze, insbesondere innerhalb der Vollpension

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, außer dass hier auch Busse ankommen aber wer nach Patagonien reißt, ist sowieso Individualist zerstört nicht wirklich, sondern muss man akzeptieren
