Really great hotel with golden location that we can enjoy beautiful views from our windows, nice reception staff, etc. except the dinner restaurant where the service was so so

Dinner restaurant staff service is not up to the standards, serving the salad and main courses at the same times and just left the main courses somewhere after issues being raised and it seems that the staff doesn’t care…..

Vista incrível, quarto muito confortável (pegamos o menor, com a janela pequena em cima, e foi perfeito, não tinha vizinhos em cima, não ouvíamos conversa nem aspirador durante as limpezas dos quartos ao lado, e a cama é até grande demais), o atendimento é excepcional, todos os funcionários são muito educados e fazem de tudo para você se sentir confortável e satisfeito, os ambientes do hotel são lindos e espaçosos, a piscina é quentinha e com algumas opções de hidromassagem, o café da manhã é excepcional e nos surpreendeu também o bar no andar térreo que tinha excelentes opções de pratos, lanches, porções e sobremesas por um preço condizente, sendo muito cômodo por estarmos distante da cidade. Os mimos deixados no quarto foram uma bela surpresa, amei o chai latte e os chocolates! As amenidades são completas, tem roupão e pantufa. Também gostamos das opções de passeios da empresa The Massif que fica no hall do hotel, fizemos a cavalgada pelos arredores do hotel e foi muito tranquilo. Indico e recomendo para todos que forem a Torres Del Paine escolher o Hotel Rio Serrano!

The facilities and staff members are great and the location is very convenient. The views are amazing.

The food quality in the restaurant is not consistent. One day is so good, another day is so terrible. We booked two rooms for 3 adults and had confirmation from booking.com. For whatever reason, when we checked in, the system only showed that only two people were reserved, and we were asked to pay extra. After showing the booking confirmation evidence, ultimately the hotel waived the extra charges.

Amazing views, luxurious hotel feel. Just amazing..and the view from the room, omg.bed was super comfortable..i only ate at the bar and it was generally good, although i found trout a bit too salted and ceasar salad with chicken was not good..hamburger was amazing though! It was good base for exploring the park, especially the east. For the base of towers it will take almost the same as from Puerto Natales with the car. Nice little pool, although the water could be just a bit warmer..the price is high but for 2 night i was there it was ok to splurge and be closer to the park with amazing view and cosy hotel
