"Exceptional"

It was a great stay! We felt like everything was already thought of and handled. We felt like we were being spoiled. Love the fact that there was water (hot/cold/ sparkling) available all the time and everywhere- so basic and yet not a given! Stuff was so great! We had dinner everyday at the bar and all the food including breakfast was reall delicious.

Stop looking for excuses and do yourself a favour.

מלון מצויין, אהבתי את הבריכה עם הנוף ואזור הספא. מכל מקום במלון ניתן לראות נוף עוצר נשימה. החדר היה מרווח ונעים ועם נוף . ארוחת הבוקר טובה. צוות המלון נעים.

"Uma estadia de sete dias para ser repetida!"

A vista do hotel é espetacular. O hotel tem ótima estrutura, com bar e dois restaurantes e você se sente confortável mesmo estando longe de tudo. Os funcionários são maravilhosos, sempre disponíveis para suas necessidades.

Devido às constantes chuvas, o final da estrada que leva ao hotel estava quase intransitável, devido a quantidade de buracos.

Spacious rooms. Good selection of dining (casual lounge bar vs restaurant). Good location for 2 days entering Torres del Paine NP. Nice place to hang out if weather turns bad

"Amazing hotel, staff and view"

The staff were professional and approachable. Really appreciate the kind gesture from the hotel which made my stay extra special and memorable. The view of the Paine Massif was amazing I could stay in all day. Breakfast was quality food although variety was limited.

The gravel road filled with potholes leading to the hotel
