"Nicely located but unpleasant experience with staff all along"

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially when considering the price of the room. Breakfast is also good, not exceptional but very complete. Rooms are OK and at least mine was very spacious. Having a pool in the topmost floor was also very nice, however the additional payment is a downside.

Most of the staff was rude and did not solve any of your problems. I asked for an extra pillow and could not get one, same with shampoo. One time upon arriving for breakfast we were told to leave because it was not "our" time, this experience was extremely rude and unpleasant. Room cleaning failed to come one day, and the products in the bathroom were extremely basic.
