"A nice hotel in the middle of the beautiful Hannover, the Niedersachsen capital."

The staff were very friendly and very helpful after I lost my key to the hotel room. The hotel is also located in a centrally which is close to the Hannover Main Train station and the Main Bus station for very early or very late arrivals. It was also very quiet in the hotel.

The hotel didn't offer to clean my room in any of the 3 days that I stayed.
