"Wrong distance, wrong information on the website"

Breakfast was simple but good Friendly service in the breakfast room Quiet location

Wrong location and distance to nearby towns were given Booking.com website showed "less than 10 km", true distance was "more than 40 km" We were invited for a wedding in Benediktbeuren, no vacancies in Benediktbeuren, Jachenau was shown as next best option on booking.com. Neither booking.com nor the hotel management was willing to let us out of the booking for the second night or to compensate for the extra costs. In our case 150 km extra traveling and fees for toll road. Riding 42 km after a wedding party in the middle of the night is no pleasure. Also paying toll fees twice for the private toll road was never mentioned on the website either. Simply show responsibility for YOUR mistakes, correct the mistakes and compensate. Then everything I can be fixed. Rejecting any responsibility is simply not the way to go. Very poor behaviour.
