"Splendid"

We got a room in the modern aisle of the property, probably because it’s cooler there during extremely hot summer days. Very comfortable rooms! Monday dinner is wonderful! We were on our return trip from the holidays but this could be a great stop for a longer stay as the surroundings are beautiful and there’s plenty to do.

No air conditioning in the dining room

Improvements from alterations (lift, entrance) much appreciated.

Being kept waiting for 20 mins before order for dinner taken is not acceptable for longer stay guests. Breakfast selection not as comprehensive as at similar level hotels.

Breakfast was great. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and they were quite friendly. The location is quiet and rural, a nice place to walk outside.

Downtown, other restaurants, and shopping is not walkable.

A really classy hotel with high-ambition and professional personnel and a truly superb restaurant with unique dishes. Nice and quiet rooms. Top-notch parking.

Next-door pig farm's smells really dominate the experience. Took a while to get past that.
