Poor IT system that can charge double charge you and keeps going in circles asking you to pay. I could not get a bill as none of the links I received worked. Nobody to talk to as it is supposed to be self-service but don't believe this is Japan ... Even when putting m details onto their website, there was no way to get a bill!

Really cozy and nice hotel. Very clean. Nice location.

A little too expensive for what it offers. The electronic keys are cool but only if your phone works. Furthermore, you can open your room door through your phone but if you want to get out of the garage, you have to pull a white chain made of plastic which is hanging on the roof (without any indication). The woman at the reception was a little bit unrespectful. Furthermore she suggested to pay for the parking lot of the hotel (12 euro) for the night when the public parking was free of charge from 7pm to 7am. It was 7pm when I asked. Even leaving at 8am the day after I would have paid only 1 euro for the public parking instead of 12.

impoliteness of the staff, a part of a cloth was left on the top of the refrigerator. probably it was used to remove the dust.
