We loved it the room was fantastic and clean and very spacious and the location was 2 minutes from the train station which was perfect.

We could not find once single member of staff, there was no one to ask for advice or assistance or anything at all. Check in and your key and everything is on your mobile, I'm not to keen on this level of advancement, I think there is nothing wrong with having a little bit of human interaction even just for advice on directions, where to eat, etc etc
