1. Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. 2. Tiefgarage. 3. Einfacher Zugang zu allen Türen.

Das Reinigungspersonal hat früh ca. 07.00 bis 07.30 Uhr wohl das Nachbarzimmer und den Flur gereinigt. Dabei auch sehr laute Unterhaltung. Sehr lauter Staubsauger.

Als Raucherin hat mir besonders gefallen das mein Zimmer ein Balkon hatte. Die Lounge war schön gestaltet, es hatte etwas warmes.

Wir waren mit unserem 3- jährigen Sohn unterwegs. Die Lage ist perfekt: 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu Rewe, Müller und co. Außergewöhnliche Ausstattung bereits am Eingang. Die Maisonettenwohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles in der Küche zum Kochen vorhanden. Eine große Überraschung war für uns ein Fitnessraum im Untergeschoss, kostenlos, immer offen. Dort ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Mein Mann hat sich dort richtig ausgetobt. Großes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne. Wunderschön!
