Room spacious and clean. Location was good to get tram and bus to Bonn city centre.

Breakfast not standard, expensive. Was billed for 3 days but eat for 2 days. Heater did not work and l did not bath for 3 days. l could not communicate in english with any one there.

The place is nice, clean and quite.

The WiFi was very weak and sometimes failing.

Very clean, excellent shower and bathroom.

The breakfast was 20 EUR instead of the listed 11 EUR on booking.com.

Breakfast is lame. Without any hot meal.

- The staff was nice and explained everything to us upon arrival. They were understanding of our requests and helped organize a taxi very early in the morning. Even with the language barrier (not everyone in the staff spoke English), the experience was okay. - Comfortable, large beds, with additional blankets in case it got cold (it did). - Clean bathroom with multiple towels provided. - Hotel guests have a building entry through a door separate from the restaurant, with room key opening that external door as well. - Internet connection (via free Wi-Fi) is very fast; easily over 100 Mbps download speeds.

- Pretty early and short breakfast hours (7 - 8:30 AM). Breakfasts consist of a couple of buns and a plate with slices of cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber. There were no options to have something warm to eat in the morning. - The hotel rooms were rather chilly upon our arrival. Radiators took a few hours to warm up. - Small bathroom, with its door awkwardly positioned, making it uncomfortable to enter and exit. There was only one roll of toilet paper. - Noise: The hotel is directly above their restaurant, and the kitchen noises aren't well isolated.
