big / spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and just next to it free of charge parking spot. the restaurant is also just next to it, so you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner there too

Worst experience ever! Not only the location is not the best, the rooms are old and not well maintained (e.g. broken windows, broken blinds) and the bed is not comfy, but also, it is very noisy because of the traffic on the road in front (including the tramway) and the cooling system of the restaurant (which is working all night long). Nevertheless, the worst part is the staff... First, they dont provide the receipt or invoice when you pay, and they only send them to you a couple of days after, when you realize about hidden unjustified charges, that they are not willing to change when you reach them back after you left. They are intolerant and sexist (not respecting any non-binary gender identity) and they make disrespectful comments regarding your intimacy to justify the hidden charges. This place should be closed! Never go there!

The restaurant had nice food.

No service desk. Nobody to answer questions - unless I went to the restaurant. But they were often too busy with restaurant service to help.

Located very close to the tram station, and was very easy to locate with large signage’s. The Italian restaurant just under the hotel belongs to the same owner, so checkin and out are though the hotel staff. The owner and staff was very friendly.

Stairs up to the 2nd floor, so luggage bag must be carried up and down

The bathroom cannot even fit one person

Stadtbahn very near, all very clean, new furniture, very comfortable bed, room spacious.

The bathroom is quite small.
