Galapagos Verde Azul

Rooms were smelly, (I had to change room) like sewage at times even along the hallway & filled with bugs/flies even on pillows. Nobody at reception most of the time…no phone to call front desk for help. The rooms decor/bedding weren’t the same as it’s shown in picture. The air conditioner was low quality: barely cooled down. No shampoo in bathroom. The pool is honestly dangerous because to get inside it doesnt have enough steps on the sides. Only the ladder by the high level area of the pool. Roaches by the stairs too. They need to exterminate the hotel. Then I asked to use the dryer and was denied because according to them: they didn’t have gas /electricity for me to use dryer to dry my wet clothes…but only works for them to dry their beddings & sheets….I will never go back there ever again nor recommend anyone here! For the price we paid (my family & I); should’ve been better. All these things are SUPPOSED to be given, offered, supplied to hotel guests!! I have a video of the room but it’s not letting me upload it.

Such a nice welcome

It was a nice spot near downtown. Everything was clean. It has a water fountain filter to refill water bottles.

Lugar interesante pero tiene fallas en el modelo de prestación de servicio de catering, adicional no ofrecía opciones de desayuno para vegetarianos y se repitió el menú toda la semana. Adicional no tenía jabón.

Kaum Englisch, Personal wenig motiviert, Frühstück gruselig und sehr reduziert, ungefragt mit Omlett serviert. Auf Nachfrage zu mehr Früchten Antwort: Extra! Für 110 $ einfach inakzeptabel@

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the Charles Darwin research center security checkpoint and stores/dining options. The hotel appeared to be understaffed. No one at the lobby in the morning so we had to leave your room key with the kitchen lady at checkout. Open building concept with lots of natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was great with fresh cut fruit, bread, butter and jam, scrambled eggs and a cheese empanada.

The staff were very friendly. The pool and hammocks were an added bonus, it was so nice to spend an afternoon or evening relaxing by the pool.

It was near everywhere because on this island is near everywhere. Breakfest was good and staff helped us with some information about island, trip to Las Grietas etc. Breakfest outside near to swimmingpool was amazing
