We loved the location! It was awesome that our room price included tickets to the Lost Beach Club. We really enjoyed Essio's pizza that's on-site too. Super delicious pizza at a great price!

A week before our stay, we were asked by Booking.com if we would like to upgrade to the presidential suite, so we did. Two days before our arrival, the hotel contacted us telling us that the presidential suite wasn't available the first night. No problem! We agreed to stay in the double room the first night and move to the presidential suite for the other two nights of our reservation. However, the hotel still charged us the presidential suite price for all three nights, saying that we agreed to it, which we did not. We were also disappointed with the restaurant's service. It was slow and unattentive. We waited up to an hour to receive our meals.

Very clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant had very good presentation and excellent taste. The staff very attentive.

At check out I was presented with a 10% of my hotel bill as a tip which was not disclosed previously.Did not say who the tip was for. Advisable to not tip in dining room as I did.
