Great location, luxury room but a bit small. Quiet. Tranquilo

Was kind of bizarre that I stayed in an economy hotel for $45/ a night a block away with great wifi and this $160/ night luxury building couldn't get the internet to work on my floor when I was there.

There was no internet the whole time we were there. They pretended to be working on it, but made no progress. The staff feigned ignorance when I asked over Whatsapp, but said "there's a guy here to fix it today" when asked in person. The shower nob was broken (it falls off). This didn't feel like a stay that matched the expectations set by the price

Nice View, Nice Restaurant. The *restaurant* staff and chef were accommodating. The menu has a lot of options and the food was good. The hotel is beachfront so you can walk directly to the sand.

Parking - there are only a few parking spots at the hotel. More parking is available down the street and off the property. We asked the reception staff to advise us when a spot came available and they never did. Odor - the room (403) was not clearly advertised as a Smoking Room. I'm not particularly sensitive, but the strong odor of cigarette smoke was a disappointment in the penthouse, oceanview. Balcony furniture. The room has a wonderful oceanfront view from its balcony, however, the plastic furniture is quite uncomfortable to spend much time there.
