La vista, el jacuzzi muy grande y funcional

The room is spacious, comfortable, airy, has the best view on the property, AND a Jacuzzi tub facing the waterfall. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the baths, the waterfall, restaurants, stores, and the town square. The breakfast options were plentiful and fresh everyday, and the staff are hardworking, caring, and just plain outstanding. I suffered an injury during my stay and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, checked on me frequently and sent someone to assist me, and accommodated me in every aspect possible. I cannot say enough good things about the property and staff. It was lovely! Thank you Hotel de mi Pueblo for your diligence and care!

There is nothing negative to say!

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hot tub was a fun extra. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Fresh fruit and juice, a couple different types of bread, various cereals with milk and yogurt, and eggs made to order. The staff was very nice but not very helpful in arranging activities. I was told to just go to any tour agency because they're all the same. They did end up helping me with a rafting trip but I had to keep asking about it and payment details were not made clear. I almost wish I had just gone to a tour agency myself.

I would have given a much higher rating but on my last morning before check-out I returned to my room and the whole floor in front of my door had been torn out. Not a huge deal but then as I was trying to get ready, pack, and relax before a long day of travel ahead, they started jack hammering (or some equivalent) and the noise was ridiculous. I basically had to check out more than an hour early due to the demolition. I think this could have waited until after the check out time or at least some warning could have been given so I could have planned accordingly. Unfortunately, this incident at the end tainted my whole stay.

Excellent location with a view of great waterfalls. The staff were extremely helpful and vey nice. Breakfast was excellent, very clean comfortable rooms.

A experiência foi muito boa. As instalações muito boas. A vista para a cachoeira incrível. Café da manhã muito bom. Pessoas que me atenderam foram educadas e simpáticas. Gostei bastante
