La chambre n'était pas très propre, le lit très dur, et la chambre très bruyante. Entre les autres touristes qui ne font pas attention et le terrain de foot, nous n'avons pas passé de bonnes nuits. Le restaurant est a peine correct.

Kilátás a tengerre. Tisztaság. Napi takarítás. Strandtörülköző. Erkély. Tea,kávé bekészítés.

Építkezések zaja a szomszédból. Az ajtót be kellett csapni. Kérni kellett a wifi kódot,többször is.

The pool and the evening buffet are amazing! The hotel is fairly small but has all the facilities of a big hotel (restaurant, small beach, ATMs, tourism desk, etc)

The noise! From right outside the hotel (the beach nextdoor has a crazy loud DJ all day long so you can’t actually enjoy the private beach quietly + the football court next to the hotel has men yelling until 11-12pm, so bring earplugs) or from within (cleaning ladies laughing and screaming in the morning) There is a real issue with the management of the staff: - Rooms were super clean but the shower was leaking and toilet paper wasn’t replaced - Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and it creates so much confusion and misunderstandings that could have otherwise been avoided (eg being given a menu with « older/lower prices », being said that the bill can be paid later while it cannot, having your door card key disconnected everyday because it’s kept close to your phone, etc) - Either you have to get up early to get a smile from most of them, no matter how friendly you are; or you get hit by the waiter; no middle ground - A lot of the staff doesn’t do much and hangs around, while lots of improvements could be made (eg clean the private beach from the cigarette buds) Luckily a couple of the staff managers with more experience were so nice to compensate for the others :) thanks Alla for your help during my stay!

Bilderna på nätet har varit helt annalunda än verkligheten. Stranden var dålig och smutsig och det inte gick att simma alls . Hotellrum har inte varit havsutsikt enligt våra överenskommelse.

Stranden var omöjligt att simma I och smutsig. Efteråt hade de städat stranden. Men det inte gick att simma I stranden. Rummet storlek har varit bra och vacker. Men nätet var väldigt dåligt.

Chambre propre, personnel présent, buffet convenable

Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner dans la piscine car les femmes (oui uniquement les femmes) doivent mettre un bonnet de bain, ce qui n'était mentionné nul part. Evidemment nous n'en avions pas. Donc uniquement les hommes y allaient... Matelas très dur
