Food very limited and not tasty at all limited variety Stuff was ok but need more training to be professional

Struttura piccola e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti male tutti della famiglia e ci hanno subito aiutato nel momento del bisogno. Cibo tipico loro, infatti se siete europei, non consiglio di starci più di 4 notti. Personale gentile che conosce solo l'inglese come lingua straniera.

Per un hotel a 3 stelle penso che la qualità/prezzo dimostra tutto. Non esiste la perfezione nelle stanze, infatti sarebbe da ristrutturare, soprattutto i bagni. Ma per il resto non ho nulla da dire.

the hotel's beach was full of plastic, the dehors for breakfast was crowded of pigeons and ravens, the reception's staff (particularly the one of the evening shift) was very unpleasant and not helping at all.

This place is a gem. Such a beautiful hotel, every room is extremely well laid out and designed. I think all the double bedrooms are directly facing the red sea. There is also an in-house restaurant which serves a 7 out of 10 food, at competitive prices. Entire hotel staff is very cooperative and well mannered. Location is phenomenal, in very close proximity of almost every activity you might want to do. There is a mall at 5 mins walk, has Carrefour, other shops and cafes, ATMs etc. There are other shops too apart from the Mall. Overall, great value for money, brilliant location and a very relaxing, no nonsense, no complaints place. You will have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay

Food menu (especially the dessert section) can be improved further and have more options. The dishes should have names and a small description of what goes into it. Everything else was just fantastic

Globalement l’hôtel est propre et en bon état. L’intérieur est bien décoré. La piscine est jolie et pratiquable. Ce qui est quand mêle important. Le personnel est sympa, j’avais un souci avec une excursion réservée et le monsieur de la réception, m’a gentiment aidé. Par contre, la personne qui vous accompagne pour vous montrer votre chambre, reste plantée pour un pourboire dans la chambre, (bon c’est culturel en Égypte)

Par contre : - Le buffet n’est pas bon, ni dans ke choix ni dans les saveurs. Il n’y avait aucun fruit ni au petit dej ni au dîner. C’est pas vraiment un buffet, la « viande » est rationnalisée (on nous sert, on ne se sert pas). Ce n’était pas savoureux (pas dégueu non plus mais on s’est dit on a payé, on a faim, on mange. C’est très désagréable. Des le matin on a le droit à des prières dans la salle de petit déjeuner. J’ai du demander plusieurs fois à changer ou couper, c’est désagréable, on est en vacances, on n’a pas envie d’entendre ça. Ensuite, la chambre est propre, par contre la literie très dure, mais ça passe. Le bruit !!! C’est e extrêmement bruyant, on entend l’ascenseur monter descendre en permanence. Sonner, les bruits de la rue, les bruits du couloir, c’est pénible. Jusqu’à très tard le soir, puis très tôt le matin. L’accès plage : dans un état lamentable. Impraticable ne donne pas envie, les hôtels environnants ont pris la peine de nettoyer. Les sunbeds sont sales, pas nettoyés. Du personnel en surnombre est inoccupé la majorité du temps, peut être leur donner quelque tâches simples comme nettoyer un peu rendre ça joli. Après ils sont gentils pas méchants du tout.

Et veldrevet hotel med privat strand. God mat, rent rom og delikate oppholdsplasser. Må trekke frem 2 personer spesielt Det er Hanna og Alla (sistnevnte er en person av kjøtt og blod 😁) Hanna, manager for rengjøring. Alltid blid og kjempe god til å utføre sin jobb 10 av 10 ! Alla fikser alt, det han ikke gjør selv har han andre folk som gjør. 10 av 10 ! RESEPSJONS PERSONALE, takk for at dere aldri gav opp min manglende evne til å holde nøkkelkort unna mobil og høytaler.

Stranden er litt vel langgrunn. Litt mye søppel som driver inn i form av plastposer og emballasje. Dette er ikke hotellets feil!! men det går ann å rydde den et par ganger om dagen.

Alle Miteinander waren sehr nett und das Essen war super.

Es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können.

I had a great stay here, so much so that I extended my stay in Hurghada by 4 days. Alla and Rovan treated me very well and worked hard to ensure I had a great stay and they checked in on me daily. A cake was made for my birthday and staff made me feel special that day. Islam helped me book a last minute excursion and the rest of the hotel staff were courteous and kind.

The food in the restaurant was great but could have been more varied. The beds were too firm for my liking and the floors were a bit dusty. Not the hotels fault, but the beach area isn’t great - something could be done to make it more welcoming.
