Our stay at Palm Shadow Hotel during the weekend was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Since they knew it was our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with an incredible room upgrade to the luxurious Golden Room – such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. While the night event with potato grills and marshmallows was enjoyable, we feel it could be enhanced by including extra shows or entertainment to provide more value for the price. Overall, our weekend getaway was perfect, and we highly recommend Palm Shadow Hotel for anyone visiting Fayoum. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so delightful!

The resort is wonderful and people are very friendly it was a positive experience

The food is very delicious but Breakfast can be extended although it was nice local food The road to resort is not so good but this will not impact your experience

The staff were nice and rooms clean. It is also quite and nice. They are ready to plan everything you need though I didn't get to see the pool.

The breakfast was not so nice till I spoke with mirna and they gave a good option but mixed my order.
